Collection Only! Your hot food order will be prepared fresh to order. We will aim to have your order ready for collection at the allocated time but please be aware there may be a short wait during busy times. If you are unable to collect your food order at the allocated time please call us as soon as possible to arrange a new collection time. We cannot guarantee that our products will be allergen free. If you have an allergy we recommend that you contact us by phone, or place your order in house with a team member.

Usual refund policy applies. All products are subject to availability, if an item is unavailable we will endeavour to replace it with a suitable alternative, if that is not satisfactory we will refund the value of the item. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will be happy to assist you to remedy the fault on site; please ask to speak to a member of the management team.
